Marzena is an experienced financial strategist and trusted advisor to growing businesses, with over 15 years of hands-on expertise in financial planning, performance improvement, and strategic growth.
Having held senior finance and advisory roles, Marzena founded Business Management Consulting to help businesses navigate financial complexity with confidence. With a reputation for clear thinking, practical solutions, and a focus on results, she partners with founders, boards, and executive teams to strengthen financial resilience, strategic direction, and operational control at every stage of the business journey.

Her expertise spans interim CFO services, investment readiness, financial planning and analysis, business strategy development, and profitability and operational improvement. Marzena’s work has driven significant commercial and market share improvements, the formation of integrated growth strategies, and stronger positioning in both value and volume terms.

Marzena combines hands-on experience with a strong academic foundation. She holds an MBA from Kingston University in London and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Economics in Poland, specialising in the organisation and development of enterprises. She is a PRINCE2 Practitioner in project management and holds a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), where she is also an active member.

Her international perspective is further shaped by educational experiences at the Berlin School of Economics and Law and the IILM Institute for Business & Management in Gurgaon, India.
